We do not knowingly sell to minors. Any attempt to purchase by a person under 21 will result in cancellation of the order without refund of shipping costs.

2. Product Disclaimer & Hemp Compliance

All products sold by Astra Infusions are derived from industrial hemp and are intended for adult use only.

Our products:

Are compliant with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill
Contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight
Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

3. Effects, Use & Safety Warning

6. Lab Testing, Potency & Variance

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
Correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors
Limit quantities purchased per customer or order

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

All returns, refunds, replacements, or order resolutions are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy shall control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Astra Infusions is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing from this website, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks. Any disputes should be addressed by contacting us directly at astracannabishelp@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide delivery confirmation, compliance documentation, and transaction records.
